2026 Free Mapping Event

Move your trading partners to BOLD VAN. The mapping is on us.

Through Dec. 31, 2026, BOLD VAN builds and maintains the maps for every trading partner you move to BOLD Integration, BOLD Fulfillment or BOLD Exchange, so your EDI flows into the systems you already run at no mapping cost.

What the event covers

When you move a trading partner to BOLD VAN during the 2026 Free Mapping Event, we handle the mapping that connects their EDI to your ERP, WMS or other business system, and we keep those maps current.

1

You move partners to BOLD

New connections and partners you consolidate from another VAN both qualify.

2

We build the maps free

Initial mapping into your system is on us for every enrolled partner during the event.

3

We maintain them

Ongoing maintenance on those enrolled maps continues. When a partner changes a spec, we update it.

Event terms

  • What is free: initial map creation and ongoing maintenance for each trading partner you enroll (migrate to BOLD VAN) during the 2026 Free Mapping Event.
  • ERP-integration maps included: for BOLD Fulfillment and BOLD Exchange, the maps that integrate the product with your ERP are also covered when you enroll during the event, not just your trading-partner maps.
  • Maintenance continues: maintenance on maps enrolled during the event continues after the event ends. It does not expire when the event does.
  • New maps after enrollment are paid: new maps added later, including additional documents or maps for an existing partner, are billed at standard rates, unless they are included in a contract signed during the event.
  • Which products: the free mapping applies to BOLD Integration (including API integration), BOLD Fulfillment and BOLD Exchange. It does not apply to BOLD Transmission and Connectivity, where you handle your own mapping. Your base plan and per-trading-partner pricing still apply; the mapping charges are what the event waives.
  • Availability: the event runs through Dec. 31, 2026. Enroll partners by then to lock in free mapping and continuing maintenance on those maps.
